1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible for a return and refund if your request meets the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the date you received the item.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (we sent the wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic or practical reasons:
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks, digital downloads).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or sold at a discounted price due to minor imperfections.
2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Email us at support@standardissue.lol with your Order Number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged/defective item.
b. Wait for Instructions: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address (typically the one listed above).
c. Ship the Item: Once instructed, carefully package the item and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item and inspect it:
Approval: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Timing: You will be notified via email once the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
Items returned after the 30-day return window has passed.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or not in their original condition.
Return shipping costs (unless the error was ours).
Any item not returned in accordance with the steps outlined above.
5. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you must process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@standardissue.lol with photos of the product and its packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a prepaid return label and issuing a full refund (including your original shipping costs) or sending a replacement.
